At Rooted Wellness, we are committed to providing thoughtfully selected products that support whole-person wellness. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Supplements & Wellness Products
For your safety and the integrity of our products, opened or used supplements, ingestible wellness products, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Skincare
Unopened skincare products may be returned within 30 days.
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
Apparel & Accessories
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
Items must:
- Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Include original tags (if applicable)
- Be returned in their original condition
Sale Items
Clearance, final sale, and promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
