Our Story

Rooted begins with a tree.

Rooted Wellness TX was planted in 2024 from a simple conviction: that true wellness is not something we manufacture — it is something we cultivate. Like the tree of Psalm 1, a flourishing life is fed by living water, grows slowly in its season, and bears fruit that endures.

We exist to help you tend that kind of life — one grounded in faith, nourished by what God made good, and tended with intention. Every supplement, every skincare formula, every piece of clothing we carry is chosen the same way: does it honor the body as a temple, steward creation well, and serve the whole person? If the answer is no, it does not make it to our shelves.

Meet the Founder

Heather Eden, LPC, CHC

Rooted Wellness TX was founded by Heather Eden — a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Health Coach based in Georgetown, Texas.

For years, Heather sat with people in the real, hard places of life — anxiety, burnout, the slow ache of becoming whole. She saw, again and again, that lasting wellness never comes from a single fix. It comes when faith, body, and mind are tended together — when Scripture and sound practice meet, and a person is treated as a whole soul, not a symptom.

That conviction became Rooted: a place where what you put in, on, and around your body points you back toward the One who made it.
